The Role

We are looking for a Venue Analyst to support the various strategic, tactical, commercial and operational initiatives that will drive the Premium Sales and Services team forward.

Your day-to-day

  • Project manage the annual premium season ticket renewal windows to ensure the highest possible level of renewal and the best possible supporter experience.
  • Provide data outputs to internal and external stakeholders for Premium season ticket renewal windows, new member sales and Hospitality sales.
  • Support the reporting function of the Venue department and work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and insightful reporting that reflects the department\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and requirements.
  • Liaise with the hospitality platform provider on improvements, issues, data, operational and project based tasks and initiatives.
  • Understand and propose enhancements to business processes as they relate to a potential change or transformation.
  • Support the Premium Sales and Services team by identifying and tracking performance indicators for key target and projects.
  • Assist with the planning and coordinating of user testing, issue capture and resolution.
  • Provide data and operational support to the Premium matchday and non-matchday operation.
  • Provide Insights and industry benchmarking for presentations, reports and analysis.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes across within the Premium team / Venue departments.


What we are looking for

  • Experience working professionally in a data focused environment.
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable experience of having worked with complex data sets and structures.
  • Understanding of change management processes.
  • Financial modelling experience (Desirable).
  • Experience of assisting with system implementation and testing.
  • Understanding of GDPR and PCI data protection.
  • Knowledge of ticketing / membership platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience working with Tableau.
  • Analytical rigor, strategic thinker, ability to deconstruct business problems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail especially around numerate tasks; able to process large volumes of data, whilst carrying out multiple tasks accurately following business guidelines.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and frameworks, including issue identification, data gathering and research, enabling end-to-end problem-solving.
