We're looking for up to 3 Venue Duty Managers, keen to lead in delivering a welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly service.


You will play a crucial role in providing a safe, well-presented, proactive and responsive service, promoting Sadler's Wells and all its activities.


This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your ambition and success in delivering the very best customer experience and smooth venue operations. This is a great time to join the strong team as we have just opened the new venue Sadler's Wells East.


Your passion for great customer service, your attention to deal and organised solution focused approach will be key assets for you in this role.




This role requires on-site working in the venue and shifts will take place during the day, in the evening, on weekends and bank holidays.
