Job:

? To greet customers and manage the entrance of the venue/courses monitoring group

sizes and equipment

? To be extremely welcoming towards guests with a positive and friendly attitude

? Have strong product knowledge on golf packages, courses and offerings

? To be responsible for roaming and clearing courses of all obstacles/ hazards and for

cleanliness of the venue

? To be able to work in various areas of the venue according to the needs of the

business

? Supporting your team and staying cool under pressure.

Experience:

? Previous guest experience (or a quick learner)

? Positive and great with people

? Comfortable working busy nights and weekends

? Fun, reliable, and a strong team player

? Previous experience answering guest emails, messages and using ticketing and

booking systems
