• 2 References - where possible we require 3 years' history.
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance - this post is covered by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (amended in 2013). • Casual Car Documentation- The successful candidate will be a designated Casual Car User which means that car journeys may be necessary on an occasional basis, but are not essential to the role. If you do drive, you must always hold a full valid driving licence and provide your own car for use at work, as well as provide all the appropriate documentation. You will receive an allowance per mile of business use.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Visitor Experience team at Heaton Park as the Venue Hire and Marketing Assistant on a permanent basis.
The role is instrumental to supporting our varied year-round visitor programme, ensuring that we have a high-quality, engaging and varied event offer throughout the year of our millions of visitors. You will support the Venue Hire and Marketing Coordinator, as well as the wider team, to facilitate venue hire bookings, filming and photography requests and community events within Heaton Park. You'll work alongside key stakeholders and the wider Parks Service to maintain our quality and safety standards.
Alongside events and venue hire, you will support creating and delivering marketing and communications which represent Heaton Park.
