About Quiz Room:

Quiz Room is London's ultimate immersive TV game show experience. The venue features five fully-equipped quiz rooms welcoming groups of all kinds, from friends, families, corporate teams to celebrations. The energetic and fun environment makes everyone feel like the star of their own quiz show.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Venue Manager to lead our London centre. You'll be empowered to deliver a top-quality guest experience, manage and motivate a team, and develop Quiz Room's presence in London.

Venue Management:

Oversee daily operations of the five-room centre with a strong attention to detail Recruit, train, and supervise a small team of permanent staff and 0 hours contract Manage staff scheduling and foster a motivating, positive atmosphere Maintain impeccable venue cleanliness and organisation Ensure all technical equipment is functioning perfectly Manage inventories, supplies, orders, and stock levels Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards

Customer Experience:

Welcome and host players in a warm, engaging, and professional manner Guide groups through the TV game show experience with energy and clarity Ensure all guests enjoy a seamless and memorable event Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to needs and feedback Organise and run private and corporate events to the highest standard Actively encourage and collect positive guest reviews

Business Development:

Drive the revenue, on site sales, and packages Handle business enquiries, prepare tailored quotes for corporate clients Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organisations Launch and oversee local marketing and promotional initiatives Contribute ideas and implement projects to grow Quiz Room's presence and success in London

Your Profile:

Passionate about Quiz Room's innovative and engaging concept, eager to share your enthusiasm Excellent communicator with natural interpersonal skills and a sense of hospitality Experienced in managing a commercial venue independently Skilled in leading a team Commercially minded, motivated by targets and sales opportunities Experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or events is a plus Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital and in-house tools Flexible and available for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Motivated to connect with and build relationships throughout the London area
