We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Venue Manager to oversee the smooth and professional delivery of our F&B operations within London and/or the South West, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer experience and efficient food & beverage operations.
This role is key to ensuring that every visitor, client, and stakeholder enjoys a seamless, memorable event. You will be responsible for coordinating F&B services, managing operational teams, and maintaining the highest service and safety standards, while representing the company as the primary on-site contact.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in venue, hospitality, or F&B management, ideally in large-scale event or stadium environments.
Knowledge:
Understanding of high-volume F&B operations and guest service standards.
Familiarity with licensing laws, food safety, and health & safety compliance.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with clients and guests.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and cost control.

Qualifications:
Food Hygiene and Safety certification (Level 3 or above preferred).

Job Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Client Service
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, clients, and stakeholders during events.
Ensure all aspects of the visitor journey are delivered to the highest standard.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and issues promptly and professionally.
Work with teams to create a welcoming, safe, and positive environment.
Food & Beverage Operations
Oversee all F&B service areas, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery.
Manage menus, service schedules, and operational set-up for events.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Liaise with suppliers and catering partners to maintain service quality.
Event Operations
Plan, coordinate, and oversee F&B and guest service logistics for each event.
Supervise set-up, live operations, and breakdown processes.
Work with internal and external teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
Team Leadership
Lead, train, and motivate operational and service teams.
Ensure all staff are briefed on service expectations and event requirements.
Foster a team culture focused on delivering excellent guest experiences.
Commercial & Operational Performance
Manage budgets, monitor costs, and identify revenue opportunities.
Review post-event feedback to improve operations and service delivery.
Support sales and event teams in securing repeat and new business.
