We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager to oversee the operations of our venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient management of services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality, with a passion for creating memorable events. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage staff, coordinate events, and maintain high standards of guest services.

Duties

Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies. Manage and lead a team of staff, providing training and support to enhance performance and guest satisfaction. Coordinate event logistics, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all client requirements are met. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and guests to foster a welcoming atmosphere. Monitor guest services to ensure high-quality experiences are consistently delivered. Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to maintain positive relations. Implement health and safety regulations within the venue to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Prepare reports on venue performance, including feedback from guests and staff suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in venue management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in event planning and execution. Proficiency in using venue management software or similar tools is advantageous. A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
