Job Overview



As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of The Bounce Park, including staff management, financial oversight, customer service, and facility maintenance. You'll also support marketing efforts, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and manage events.



Staff Management & Recruitment

Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team under the guidance of senior management. Conduct performance evaluations and ensure appropriate staffing levels for smooth operations.

Financial Management


Track revenue, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports. Ensure targets are met and expenses controlled.

Customer Service


Deliver exceptional customer experiences, address complaints, and maintain a welcoming, clean venue.Oversee daily venue operations, conduct safety inspections, and coordinate repairs and maintenance.Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to promote events and drive sales through community engagement.Handle booking enquiries, manage event logistics, and maintain records of venue activities.Organise and oversee events, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.Manage cafe staff, maintain food quality, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Key Responsibilities



Recruit, train, and manage venue staff Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service Monitor financials, manage budgets, and submit reports Collaborate with marketing to promote events and specials Ensure the venue complies with health and safety standards Organise and manage events, from small gatherings to large parties Ensure cafe operations are efficient and profitable Maintain strong customer relationships and community engagement

Qualifications & Experience



1+ year of management experience, preferably in leisure or hospitality Customer service experience is essential Financial management skills, including budgeting and reporting Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience with health and safety regulations Level 3 Management & Leadership qualification (or equivalent) preferred

Hours and Pay



40 hours per week (must be available on both days of the weekend & School Holidays ) 26,000 - 30,000 per annum, based on experience 28 days holiday per year
