Clock Barn wedding venue is currently recruiting for a full-time Venue Sales and Marketing Coodinator, on a full-time basis. This role will involve assisting the management and running of our marketing & social media platforms, carrying out wedding venue showrounds alongside wedding/accommodation administration and event operational support.
The successful candidate will need to be extremely hard working, highly organised and efficient, with a personable and friendly outlook. Previous wedding venue experience is not a requirement but is beneficial.
This role is a full-time permanent position and the normal working hours include weekends. Full flexibility with working hours, especially during our peak season is required..
Responsibilities
Assisting with the management of our onsite marketing including; running our social media platforms with posts and videos including conducting Instagram lives, keeping in touch with couples and sharing content from couples and suppliers
Actively keeping in touch with photographers, videographers for the most up to date photos and real-life weddings
Assisting with the organisation, marketing and attendance of the Clock Barn promotional events
Assisting with website developments and keeping photos relevant and up to date alongside relevant and up to date information across the website
Working with our Sales and Marketing partner to successfully execute marketing plans
Supporting the office with accommodation bookings and enquiries
Using our online bedroom booking system to take payment from guests and couples
Helping to continue to develop the awareness of Clock Barn in the local area and help to continue to build relationships with local wedding suppliers
Assisting with management of our office, wedding showround and booking diaries
Carrying out full wedding venue showrounds
Ensuring post show round feedback and couple follow up is completed in full, to help convert bookings
Ensuring that all pre and post wedding paperwork is completed
Answering the main Clock Barn phone lines
General office administration, including composing bedroom rooming lists
Researching costs and ordering office and wedding venue supplies
Carrying out regular local competitor analysis
Assisting with traffic management on wedding days
Ensuring the venue is wedding & showround ready and opening checks are complete
Covering holidays or absences of other team members
The successful candidate would be working as part of a friendly yet small team so full flexibility with working hours, especially during our peak season is required when overtime will be available.
