Console Connect team is growing! We are looking for a full-time, permanent Vertical Marketing Manager - Pharma, Biotech & Logistics in our London office.

Job Responsibility

Only the most passionate marketers are suited to this dynamic role. Planning, developing and executing effective Pharma, Biotech & Logistics vertical marketing programs and campaigns across the world requires a strong, independent manager who can work directly across teams, synthesizing skills and capabilities into effective GTM strategy. This person combines excellent creative skills, especially writing B2B content, with deep experience-based knowledge across marketing disciplines to generate demand and grow the sales pipeline.

This role harnesses every aspect of marketing from strategy and campaign planning to demand generation and execution to funnel analysis and optimization. You will be an essential part of our vertical revenue operations team obsessed with growth and driven to achieve results every day. Your responsibility will be our Pharma, Biotech & Logistics vertical markets. Here are your key responsibilities:

Develop and execute integrated GTM plans for Pharma, Biotech & Logistics (your verticals) industry globally to drive business growth in line with key marketing objectives: increase brand awareness, create demand and support lead conversion.

Develop effective stakeholder relationships with sales leaders and their teams as a strategic marketing partner for your vertical markets.

Work closely with sales teams, product and Central Marketing to create and manage campaigns targeted to your vertical markets, track success, test and adjust when necessary.

Coordinate cross-functional global teams across the marketing eco-system (content, inbound, web, social, PR, digital etc.) to deliver your vertical marketing objectives.

Work closely with sales to ensure integrated marketing plans and lead acquisition programs, aligned with sales objectives and go-to-market, are implemented and optimized.

Maintain line of sight into all marketing activities executed; serve as the key go-to person for your verticals on marketing effectiveness for your marketing-driven activities.

Work with marketing operations to measure, evaluate, and improve every marketing campaign and set up your industry vertical OKRs.

Drive Account Based Marketing programmes for your vertical markets to support sales teams and manage growth across key target accounts, shift audience perception, create new relationships and generate opportunities for growth.

Work with Product Managers, content specialists and external agencies to develop new and impactful content that connects well with your vertical markets, drive conversion and engages your core buyer personas in a value-added way.

Create a strategic content plan for each vertical market based on market assessment, analysis, and understanding of customer needs and decision relationships, solution adoption, scale and revenue for each vertical market.

Own your Buyer Personas - understand fully their needs, challenges, pain points and the full picture of your vertical market Buying committee.

Manage sales enablement for your vertical sales teams to ensure they are supported with any sales enablement assets they need.

Job Requirements
  • Strong marketing campaign management experience and proven track of record in demand gen.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales, business development and customer experience; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance
  • Experience developing product/solutions positioning in a highly complex ICT environment
  • Ability to think strategically and align multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrate understanding of localized marketing approaches to acquisition and customer retention
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience running vertical market ABM campaigns
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales management
  • Persistence to execute in a high growth, frequently changing environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility-ability to cope with ambiguity and initiate structure where needed
  • Deep understanding of changing market dynamics and ability to deep dive industry and its key players
  • Bachelors\' degree required
  • 5+ years experience in managing high growth marketing programs across various verticals and geographies preferably in SaaS, Tech or Cloud computing industry

  • Experience with Hubspot Marketing Automation and CRM
  • Experience with CRO, SEO and AB testing
  • Experience in customer and buyer persona research
  • Experience in sales enablement with tech stacks
