Contract Type: Full Time - 37hrs, Fixed Term



Salary: SP22 27,270 - SP25 29,676 - per annum, pro rata



About Role:



We have an exciting opportunity for a Veterinary Nursing Placement Officer to join our Veterinary Nursing Department at our Gateshead campus. This fixed-term role is ideal for someone with experience in veterinary nursing training and education who is passionate about supporting the next generation of veterinary nurses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting training practices to support veterinary nursing students. We are seeking an individual with sector knowledge and experience, specifically in veterinary nursing. You must be a registered veterinary nurse (RVN) or MRCVS.

Candidates with RVN or MRCVS status may also hold teaching, assessing, or quality assurance qualifications. With excellent knowledge of veterinary nurse training and education, you will have experience supporting students either in an educational setting or within a clinical environment.

Start Date:

The College operates 2 starter/induction days per month to welcome and onboard new members. These are usually the first Monday and third Wednesday of each month (unless there is a bank holiday).
