Job Description

The main job role includes:

Patient care during their stay at the practice. This includes periods before, during and after surgery Communicating effectively with Veterinary Surgeons and Nurses Maintaining medical and surgical equipment Running laboratory tests, such as blood and urine Keeping the surgery clean and tidy Manning reception, greeting clients, taking payments and answering the telephone
Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic is preferred.

This is a part time role but hours and pay are negotiable.

For the right candidate, there may be the opportunity to undertake a veterinary nursing apprenticeship after approximately one year, but this is not a requirement.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
