What You'll Be Doing



As our Reception Service Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of keeping our practice running smoothly. Your day won't be predictable -- in the best way.

You'll manage client bookings, calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups, often juggling multiple requests at once. You'll guide clients with empathy and clarity, helping them understand services, fees, and care options. Behind the scenes: finance/admin tasks, managing patient info, billing, paperwork, and working with other teams. Cleanliness and upkeep are non-negotiable: you'll help keep reception, waiting areas, consult rooms, and shared spaces spotless. You'll problem solve, adapt quickly, and support both clients and colleagues when things get busy.

Someone who:

Is highly organised, observant, and can handle many tasks without losing track. Communicates well -- phone, face-to-face, email; clear, calm, professional. Keeps calm under pressure, staying efficient without letting problems build up. Takes pride in high standards -- neat appearance, orderly spaces, attention to detail. Is proactive, willing to pitch in wherever needed, and excited by variety in daily work. Has some admin or customer service experience; veterinary or medical background is a bonus but not essential.
