We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will hold current registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS), demonstrating expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing animal health conditions in clinical or veterinary practice settings.

Duties:

Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose medical conditions in animals. Develop and execute tailored treatment plans, including medical, surgical, and preventive care. Perform surgical procedures and manage post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery. Educate pet owners on animal healthcare, preventive measures, nutrition, and responsible pet ownership. Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records according to veterinary practice standards. Collaborate with veterinary nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic animal care. Stay updated on the latest veterinary treatments, surgical techniques, and evidence-based practices. Provide compassionate, age-appropriate care to animals, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring environment.

Qualifications:

Valid RCVS Registration Current DBS Check (if applicable) Professional Indemnity Insurance Valid Driving Licence (preferred but not mandatory)
