Job Description
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about animals, reliable and punctual to join team at our Petwell House vets clinic in Hayes, Middlesex.
The clinic has a good surgical and medical caseload, which will enable you to develop your nursing skills fully. Previous experience working in a small animal practice is required.
This is a full time permanent position, covering 40 per week although we can consider part-time depending on your qualifications and circumstances.
Responsibilities
Assist veterinarians and veterinary nurses in providing care to animals, including feeding, watering,cleaning, walking and monitoring the well-being. Assist veterinarians and nurses with pet restraint for procedures or anesthesia induction . Maintain cleanliness and organization in the clinic, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stored. Monitor animal health and report any changes to the veterinary staff. Prepare laboratory samples and assist in conducting diagnostic tests as needed. Provide compassionate support to pet owners and educate them on basic animal care.
