Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive individual to join our dynamic growing veterinary pharmacy team. The ideal candidate would have experience in a veterinary practice/pharmacy or in a human pharmacy. This role involves stock management, dispensing under veterinary guidance and customer service.

Duties



Dispensing and packing pharmacy orders. Manage product listings and customer orders across various e-commerce platforms. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely replenishment of stock. Checking and unpacking daily stock deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This will involve incoming/outgoing phone calls and e-mail communication with customers and sometimes veterinary practices.

Requirements



Experience in a human pharmacy or the clinical veterinary sector is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT essential. Experience with e-commerce platform Shopify desirable. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 37.5 per week
