Summary

We are seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our veterinary practice, ensuring high-quality care for our canine clients while supporting our mission to educate and empower dog owners. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about animal welfare and management.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the veterinary practice, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of care. Manage staff schedules, providing leadership and support to team members. Oversee financial management, including budgeting and resource allocation. Implement human resources policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment. Coordinate training programs for staff to enhance skills in animal care and customer service. Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a veterinary practice or related field. Strong knowledge of veterinary practices and animal care principles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in human resources management is a plus, but not essential. Financial management experience preferred.
