Emily and Jamie started the practice in 2022, driven by their commitment to deliver excellent medicine and provide a genuinely personalised service to both patients and clients while working in a happy and supportive environment.

Job Overview


We are growing our administrative team! We are seeking a new team member to join our supportive andcollaborative team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients that are members of The Hampshire Wellness Club, our preventative health care plan. We are looking for someone that can provide exceptional customer service, has the ability to multitask and maintaining a calm approach in a fast-paced environment will be vital.

This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, promoting animal health, and taking ownership of a growing service. You will be the face of our Health Plan -- managing memberships, overseeing parasite control protocols, and working closely with the clinical team to provide excellent preventative care.

Responsibilities



Managing and promoting The Hampshire Wellness Club (HWC). Dispensing products and posting them to members quarterly. Being the first point of contact for clients with issues re The HWC. Manage administrative issues such as managing payment issues or cancellation. Monitoring uptake and liaising with the management team on plan performance. Working with the clinical team to ensure that parasite protocols are being adhered to. Developing strategies to help increase growth.

Role



This role will require 20-30 hours a week ideally spread across 4-5 days

Experience



A qualified SQP or RVN. Able to work independently and take initiative Knowledgeable about parasite control and routine preventative care Knowledge and experience of client service and confidentiality. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using new computer systems / platforms for client communication, scheduling appointments and record management is essential.
