Veterinary Receptionist

Tuesdays and Wednesdays

10hr day split between our Chapel st Leonard's branch (morning) and Alford branch (afternoon)

20hrs per week

Chapel 8.30am - 1pm

Alford 1.30pm - 6.30pm

Paid 10 hours to include travel time between the branches.

Duties:
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist vets and nurses with administrative tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the branch
- Process payments
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concern

- stock control, ordering of medication, dispensing and preparing prescriptions

The successful applicant will be proficient in using computer software for scheduling appointments and managing patient records. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a strong Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
