Your duties:Act as the first point of contact for clients Book appointments and manage various enquiries Interact face-to-face, over the phone, or via email Maintain accurate client records Handle payments when required Ensure clients receive the excellent service the team is known for

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in reception or client care, who can confidently navigate various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and practice management systems (PMS). Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Your shift pattern

40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM One Saturday shift every four weeks, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Two shifts per week at our Flitwick branch, with hours from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Flexibility to work all scheduled shifts is essential
