What You'll Do

As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in creating a great impression. Your day will include:Greeting clients and their furry friends with a smile Booking appointments and managing the diary Answering calls and emails Processing payments and keeping records accurate Supporting our clinical team with admin tasks


What We're Looking ForA people person with excellent communication skills Organised and calm under pressure Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a bonus, but not essential Most importantly, a genuine love for animals!


Your shift pattern



You will work approximately 25 hours per week. Due to the nature of the business, you will cover varied shift patterns between 8 am - 7 pm Monday to Friday. Our practice is not open at Weekends or bank holidays, and there are no out-of-hours!
