We are seeking a dedicated and friendly receptionist to join our existing team of 5. You must have previous veterinary experience and want to make a difference in a new environment, Charlesworth Veterinary Surgery can offer you the opportunity you might be looking for!
As the first point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and their pets with professionalism
Answer phone calls and emails providing accurate information and assistance
Schedule appointments and diary management
Processing payments and end of day banking
Maintaining cleanliness of the practice
Upholding confidentiality and respecting client privacy at all times
