Our Crewkerne Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated receptionist to join our friendly team. As a receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
Your responsibilities will include:Managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments.
Greeting clients and their pets at the reception desk.
Assisting with general administrative tasks.
Providing support to the veterinary team.

We are a well-established RCVS Tier 2 Small Animal Practice with four centres across South Somerset. Veterinary experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Working pattern
This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week, covering shifts between 8:30 am - 6:30 pm on Mondays and Fridays (9-hour shifts with 1-hour lunch), 2 pm-6:30 pm (4.5 hours) on Wednesdays, and 1 Saturday morning in 3 working 8:30 -1 pm.
