About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly team at 3 Bridges Vets. This is a fast-paced, front-facing role requiring previous veterinary reception experience and a genuine passion for client care.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and their animals, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while making every visitor feel welcome, supported, and confident in the care we provide.

Previous veterinary experience is essential.



Key Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and their pets in a friendly, professional, and reassuring manner Supporting both companion animal and farm clients with bookings, enquiries, and communication Managing a busy reception desk and telephone system Booking appointments and supporting the clinical team Handling payments and general administrative duties Processing insurance claims and maintaining accurate client and patient records Liaising effectively with vets and nurses to support smooth patient flow Maintaining a calm, organised approach in a busy environment Participation in a 1 in 10 Saturday morning rota (9:30am - 12:30pm)
Skills & Experience

Previous experience working in a veterinary practice (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, organised, and able to cope in a fast-paced, busy environment Friendly, professional, and client-focused A positive team player who takes pride in their work
What We Offer
