Acorn Vets, a well-established small animal practice in Hove, is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team.###

What you'll be doing:

Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
Managing reception duties such as phone calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries
Processing pet health club memberships
Keeping client records accurate and up-to-date
Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Remaining calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations###

Working hours

This full-time position requires 40 hours per week, distributed across four 8-hour shifts on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with a commitment to 1:4 Saturday mornings; there is no out-of-hours work involved.###
