At Easipetcare Streatham, we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary care alongside a welcoming, supportive experience for our clients and their pets. We are currently seeking a warm, confident, and organised Veterinary Receptionist to join our Client Care team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can remain calm in a busy environment, and understands the importance of compassion and professionalism in veterinary care.

About the role

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be a key part of the client journey and an integral support to the wider practice team. Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming clients and creating a positive, reassuring first impression Supporting the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice Managing appointments, enquiries, and client communications Using practice management systems alongside Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Handling payments and supporting general reception duties Continually developing your skills as the practice and services evolve

We are looking for someone who is:Calm, compassionate, and people-focused Confident supporting clients during emotional or stressful situations Well organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities Comfortable working in a busy, client-facing environment A clear and confident communicator with clients and colleagues Reliable, professional, and a strong team player Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is advantageous but not essential. Strong customer service skills and the right attitude are key
