Daily responsibilities include:
Welcome clients and their beloved pets with a warm smile and friendly attitude
Manage our front desk like a pro--answering phones, booking appointments, and keeping everything running smoothly
Keep client/patient files up to date, from medical history to insurance details
Lend a hand to our vets and vet nurses with important admin tasks
Handle payments and billing with accuracy and kindness
Keep the reception area tidy, organised, and inviting
Deliver top-notch customer service, making every client feel heard and cared for
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
A team player with great people skills and a positive, empathetic attitude
Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
Tech-savvy and confident with common software tools
Calm, collected, and professional - even when the day gets a little wild
Bonus points if you know your way around veterinary lingo
Working hours:
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Shift times will typically be either 8am-5pm OR 10.30am-7.30pm. You will also work a minimal rotation of Saturdays.
