Job Description

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated, caring and compassionate

Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team in Leeds.

The role could be at any of our 5 branches where required but will mainly be at the following sites as per below for 29.5 hours.

Monday: 8.15-6.15pm at our Headingley Branch

Tuesday: 4.15pm-8.15pm at our Seacroft Branch

Thursday: 3.15pm-8.15pm at our Seacroft Branch

Friday: 8.00-6.30pm at our Seacroft Branch

Saturday 1:4 8.30-12.30pm at our Seacroft Branch

Total contracted hours 29.5 hours per week

Maths and English GCSE grade C/ Level 4 or equivalent are required for this position

As the initial contact for our customers, you will need excellent customer service skills and have previous reception experience.

Responsibilities of the role include;

Answering phone calls, greeting customers in practice and helping with their queries and replying to emails

Managing the appointments and customers records

Taking payments and cashing up

Keeping the reception and the waiting area clean, tidy and well stocked

Dealing with medication orders

Working with the whole teams to provide excellent customer service and patient care
