Highgate Veterinary Clinic is recruiting for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Highgate Practice, a rapidly growing, family owned small animal practice in North London

Main Responsibilities
Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to ensure effective customer service
Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
Booking appointments & diary management
Managing telephone and email enquiries
Taking payment for services and products
Managing payments, stock and debts
Filing Insurance Paperwork
Managing pet health plans
Opening and closing the practice
One in 3 Saturdays required (9:00-13:00)
Essential Qualities
Clear communicator
Dedicated Patient champion

Experience in a Clinical Environment
Experience handling multi-channel client enquiries
