Park Vet Group are recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team based at their Glenfield branch. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent position working 38hrs per week, 1 in 6 Saturday mornings and bank holidays on a rota

Booking appointments, operations Arriving clients for surgeries Dispensing medication Phone and email queries Taking payments Being confident about discussing finance Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments.

Monday 12-7pm


Tuesday 8-3pm


Wednesday 8-3pm


Thursday 12-7pm


Friday 8-7pm


1 in 6 Saturdays at Glenfield and bank holidays on a rota
