Veterinary Receptionist



Hours; 24 hours per week



Location: Gables Veterinary Centre,

Hessle



Job Type: Permanent, Part-time



Shifts: Flexible




We are currently seeking a new Receptionist to join our fantastic team!


The role would suit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who takes pride in their work and can work well as part of a team.


This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week over 3 days, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Roles and Responsibilities



Welcoming and registering new customers. Booking in customers and making sure they receive gold standard care Answering the telephone and dealing with a range of customer queries Managing customer expectations regarding wait time. Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. Taking payments Promoting offers and services

Required Skills and Experience



Previous experience in an office, reception/front of house role is essential Experience within a clinical or veterinary setting is desirable Ability to work without direct supervision Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft package) desirable

Our Receptionists are first point of contact on the phone, and we require a professional approach and discretion where required.
