Crown Vets are looking to add to our current team of ten Client Services Assistants. We are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our practice on a part-time basis.
Our ideal team member would be dedicated & compassionate, with excellent customer service skills & proficient in IT.
Previous veterinary experience is desirable, a love of animals is essential.###

About the role

Your typical day-to-day actives would include, but are not limited to, tasks such as:Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person Building a great relationship with pets & their owners on a daily basis Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner Managing the diary, including appointments with our vets & nurses, along with organising surgeries Maintaining a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

About the rota

Shifts will cover evenings and weekends. We are open from 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-6:00pm Friday & 8:30am-4:30pm Saturdays.###
