We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires a friendly demeanour, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in various office software. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients and staff.
The role would be 8.30am to 6.30pm Mobday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Support office organisation by managing supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area
Perform general clerical and cleaning duties to support team operations as required
Experience
Previous office experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
.The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to the efficient running of our surgery
