We are looking for a dedicated receptionist to join our friendly team at Market Vets. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will deliver excellent client and patient care.

The Receptionist role includes the following responsibilities

Warmly greeting clients and their pets with a friendly, compassionate, and helpful demeanour Efficiently managing the diary to maximise appointment slots, handle online bookings, and address emergencies while maintaining client records in compliance with GDPR Answering busy phone lines, emails, and other client communications Registering clients for the Pet Health Club Processing payments

About Us

We are a friendly, caring and progressive mixed practice. The successful person will join a team of 10 Receptionists, 14 Veterinary Surgeons, 15 Registered Veterinary Nurses.###

Applicant requirements

We are looking for someone who is pro-active with exceptional communication skills, has great attention to detail and will enjoy a fast-paced busy environment whilst providing excellent customer care.###

Your shift pattern

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours a week across a variety of shifts, including Saturdays on a rota basis. The position will be working at both our South Molton and Barnstaple practices
