We're on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our amazing team at our friendly small animal practices. If you're passionate about delivering excellent client service and enjoy working in a busy, people-focused environment -- we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be a key part of our front-of-house team, ensuring every client and their pet receives a warm welcome and outstanding care throughout their visit. Your role will include:Providing exceptional client care both in person, over the phone, and via email Clearly communicating services and information to clients in a helpful and professional manner Managing bookings, queries, and general front desk duties Working confidently with computer systems and handling administrative tasks Maintaining a positive and calming presence, even in a fast-paced setting We're looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, a pleasant manner, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Previous experience in a similar client-facing or veterinary environment is highly desirable.

Your Working Pattern40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 18:30 Occasional Saturday mornings (08:30 - 13:00) on a rota basis
