We're Hiring! Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time)
Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about helping people and their pets?
Our independent small-animal practice is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to become an important part of our front-of-house team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering phones and providing a warm, professional first point of contact.
Greeting and assisting clients at reception.
Managing the appointment diary and coordinating daily schedules.
Processing payments and handling administrative tasks.
Supporting the clinical team with a smooth day-to-day workflow.
Using practice management software (essential: good computer skills).
About You:
Confident, calm, and compassionate with both clients and their pets.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Comfortable working on computers and learning new systems.
Experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.

Hours:
Full-time
Rotating shifts (8:30-5:00 or 11:00-7:00)
1-in-4 Saturdays
