Full time Receptionist

Hours:

40 hours per week (shift pattern)

Alternative option:

32 hours across a 4?day week considered

Weekends:

1 in 4 full weekends, with days back in lieu

Salary:

From 12.21 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a Receptionist who can bring warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication skills to our front desk. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for pets and their owners.

What you'll be doing:

Greeting clients with a friendly, confident approach Managing appointments and supporting the clinical team Handling enquiries in person, by phone, and by email Keeping the reception area running smoothly Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client care

Is organised, calm, and great with people Enjoys working in a fast?paced environment Has strong communication and multitasking skills Works well as part of a team Brings a positive, can?do attitude
