We are hiring for a Veterinary Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team!

Our ideal candidate would be an individual who is caring and empathetic, with great communication skills. We are a busy practice so so would like someone with the ability to work well under pressure whilst remaining calm and compassionate. Previous Veterinary experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Your role will include:Greeting clients Answering phones Registering clients Making appointments Taking payments Dispensing medication Managing incoming emails and promoting our preventative health plans

About the rota

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week with a variety of shifts ranging from 8:00am to 7:30pm with a contribution to Saturday mornings.###
