What's on Offer







Salary up to

65,000 per annum (DOE)

- higher considered for surgical certificate holders or those working towards one

Full-time (4-day week)

or

part-time

- flexible patterns considered

1:5 Saturday rota

and

1:6 inpatient-only on-call

(Mon-Fri only, no nights or weekend call) 15-minute consults and admin time built into your day

28 days holiday

(pro rata, based on 4 days/week)

1,750 CPD allowance + 5 days CPD

(certificate support available)

RCVS, VDS + two memberships paid

About the Role





This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident all-round

GP Veterinary Surgeon

to join a friendly, forward-thinking team in

beautiful South Wales

. The role can be shaped around your interests - particularly suited to someone with a

surgical bias

or a passion for developing advanced procedures.



You'll have time to do your best work, with

15-minute appointments

, built-in admin slots, and

clinical freedom

supported by an experienced, collaborative vet team.

, equipped with DR X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, laser therapy & blood gas machines In-house lab and diagnostic imaging at all sites

24-hour nurse-led inpatient care (Mon-Fri)

Support from certificate holders in Medicine & Radiology, plus visiting Specialists

Mentorship from a surgical AVP

for vets keen to advance their surgery skills
