A genuine four day week, a supportive clinical team, and the space to practice the medicine you believe in
If you are craving a role where you can do great veterinary work without losing yourself in the process, this may be exactly what you have been hoping to find.
Maybe you have been carrying too much for too long. Maybe you want to feel part of a team that communicates well, respects boundaries, and gives you the time you need to do your job properly. If that sounds familiar, you will feel right at home here.
The Opportunity
We are working with a progressive, independent practice in the Bristol area that has built something vets often wish for but rarely find: a clinically excellent, well-resourced environment where you can rely on your team as much as your team can rely on you.
This practice is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with
3 plus years of experience
who wants more than a job. They want someone who cares about continuity, who enjoys connecting with clients, and who feels energised by the mix of consulting and surgery. Someone who wants to grow, contribute, and settle into a team that genuinely works well together.
You will join a group of
five vets
supported by a skilled nursing team led by their Head Nurse and a dedicated client care team. With varied shift patterns and protected admin time built into every day, this is a place that understands how to support a vet to thrive, not just cope.
