We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our independent, locally owned 24/7 practice.This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to help us continue to build and further develop our trusted first-opinion, award winning Practice, working up cases to a high standard while being supported by a friendly, experienced, and highly collaborative team.

Beautiful, well-equipped building, in glorious surroundings near the South Downs and good links to Gatwick and surrounding areas.
Supportive, close-knit environment with a strong focus on patient care
On-site out of hours cover, ensuring continuity and high clinical standards
The Role
First-opinion small animal work
Orthopaedic experience is preferred but not essential
Participation in the out-of-hours rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, on a fair-share basis
Opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the future of the practice
Salary 45-70K depending on experience
4 Day week
Employee support for certificate interests and CPD

Confident and experienced vet comfortable with first opinion cases.
Enjoys building long term client relationships
Keen to develop clinically and contribute to a growing practice
Team-focused with a positive, proactive approach
Happy to mentor or support less experienced colleagues
