As a Veterinary Surgeon with us, you will:

Deliver excellent clinical care across consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries Communicate with clarity, empathy, and openness Inspire colleagues while helping shape a positive, forward-thinking team culture Embrace innovation and champion best practice across the clinic

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

RCVS Registered

, with a minimum of 3 years' experience Confident working independently and capable of sole charge Excited by the opportunity to help a new, mission-driven venture succeed Passionate about contextualised patient and client care Calm, resilient, and professional in a busy clinical environment Eager to develop yourself and support the growth of the team

What We Offer

1500 CPD allowance + 5 CPD days

Flexible 3-day-a-week schedule

(plus 1 in 3 Saturdays), averaging 30 hours

Salary 42,000

(FTE 55,000 for 40 hours)

15-minute consults as standard

, with protected admin time to support wellbeing and workflow
