About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic vet to join our exciting, independent, young practice as a key member of our growing team.

We've made a real link within the Runcorn community, as can be seen by our over 320 five-star reviews. Things are going so well that we're expanding our team with a part time position, with the right person having the scope to really make a difference, connecting with clients in an up-and-coming community and bonding with our lovely team.

The right candidate will work 8am-6pm two or three days a week between Monday and Friday, as well as one in three Saturdays, 9am-1pm. We're open to combinations of weekdays to be flexible around your situation.

About our practice

Our practice has been built to the highest spec with all new equipment in order to create an environment we are all incredibly proud to work in. Should you have a special interest, we're fully committed to investing in equipment needed to facilitate that.

We put our teams in the best possible position to achieve what they're capable of, by sharing our expertise, dealing with admin and support functions, and caring about happiness.

We pride ourselves on recognising that the definition of support can be very different depending on a person's situation, and we do everything we can to show flexibility in how we provide it.

That means that we prioritise flexible working through dedicated days off and outsourced out of hours. We offer six weeks of holiday as standard and provide enhanced sick pay for all team members.

Our North Star group of three independent practices are small but we have a real wealth of knowledge within the team. That means we have a great foundation to build from, but with lots of opportunity for people with the right ethos and values to come in and make a real impact. Our sister practices, Burford Lane and Westbrook, are both within 30 minutes drive, meaning support is available if you need it or should the unexpected occur.

What we can offer you
