About The Role




Inpatient Vet Opportunity - 24-Hour Veterinary Practice, Old Registry Vets Scunthorpe Are you a dedicated veterinary surgeon with a passion for inpatient care and medicine? Do you thrive in a busy, and progressive environment?
We are looking for a dedicated inpatient vet to join our friendly, 24-hour practice in Scunthorpe.

Our 24-hour service launched in June 2025, and due to continued expansion and growing demand, this is a brand-new role within our team.

About Us
A modern, fully equipped, independently owned 24-hour hospital with a strong caseload of both medical and surgical cases.
Backed by a highly skilled team of vets, RVNs, and support staff who pride themselves on delivering the very best patient and client care. Collaborative environment where development and professional growth are truly supported.

The Role
Focused on inpatient care, internal medicine, and case management.
o Working closely with our clinical team to provide treatment for patients requiring hospitalisation. o Contributing to a rota designed to support work-life balance within a 24-hour service; fully staffed by a fully awake dedicated night team
Opportunity to mentor junior vets and play a key role in case discussions. Surgical experience will be required, ensuring continuity of care for our inpatients and the ability to follow cases through from admission to discharge.

Who We're Looking For
An RCVS registered vet with a genuine passion for medicine and inpatient care. Ideally holds (or working towards) a certificate in internal medicine or ECC. Confident in managing complex medical cases and enthusiastic about collaborative problem-solving. Surgical capacity will
