The Opportunity
We are working with a non-profit veterinary organisation opening a brand-new
24/7 hospital in Stockton-on-Tees in January 2026
. This is not about filling rotas. It is about building a team, from day one, who believe veterinary care should be accessible, ethical, and sustainable.
This hospital has been designed with intention. It will deliver first opinion, referral, and out-of-hours care under one roof, allowing continuity for patients and proper clinical decision-making for vets. You will be part of the founding clinical team, shaping how the hospital works, how cases flow, and how care is delivered to the Teesside community.
They are looking for like-minded veterinary surgeons who want a varied caseload, who enjoy collaboration, and who take pride in doing the right thing even when it is not the easiest option.
