Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Training & Development Associate to support our growing HelloVet clinic network.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical operations and digital product development. You'll help deliver tech-enabled improvements directly into clinical workflows by training staff, gathering feedback, and refining systems in real time. Ideal for someone passionate about problem-solving and operational excellence, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how our clinical teams adopt new tools and systems at scale.

About the Role:

As our Delivery Associate, you'll serve as the key link between our Product/Tech team and our clinical pods. You'll translate new product and service updates into practical, engaging training for clinic staff and ensure each pod is well-supported before, during, and after launches. From shadowing digital releases to training delivery associates, your day-to-day work will directly impact our ability to grow safely, smartly, and with heart.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Release & Training

Identify clinical pain points by spending time in clinics and gathering direct team feedback. Design practical solutions alongside the Product team and align them with broader roadmaps. Develop and deliver training for new product features and workflow changes across clinics. Document training materials and coordinate communications for each release. Support with minor setup tasks such as templates, Ascend Manager updates, or website edits.

Operational & Roadmap Support

Track product rollout progress and adjust plans based on clinical feedback. Complete smaller tasks related to clinic upkeep (e.g., onboarding, contracts, purchases). Offer first-line support for minor tech or system issues in clinic environments.

Clinic Communication & Feedback Loops

Lead weekly syncs with the Clinical Delivery Manager to coordinate rollouts and priorities. Gather, analyse, and relay structured clinical feedback to Product/Tech teams. Join relevant standups and backlog grooming meetings to align with ongoing digital development.
What We're Looking For:

RVN with 2+ years experience, or Vet with 1-2+ years in-clinic Experience training others, especially on systems/tools Passionate about improving clinical workflows via technology Strong communicator, comfortable running group and 1:1 sessions Enjoys problem-solving and is motivated to follow a feature from concept to rollout Willingness to travel across the South of England >50% of the time (car ownership preferable)
Why Join Us?

Be part of a forward-thinking veterinary practice that prioritises innovation and compassionate care. Work in a dynamic digital environment that extends the reach of high-quality veterinary support. Join a supportive and professional team dedicated to excellence in client and patient care.
If you're looking for a unique and rewarding opportunity that blends veterinary with the latest in digital innovation, we'd love to hear from you!
