The VP of Engineering is responsible for setting the vision, strategy and roadmap of Product Setup, Partner and Benefit domains. This leader will play a critical role in executing the modernization of benefits capabilities and migrating multiple benefits spread across different classic systems. This leader will lead a set of highly talented, transformational, and dynamic engineering leaders and their teams in the architecture, design, and engineering of business capabilities. This role will help us to scale and evolve the technical roadmap of loyalty capabilities on modern platform by partnering and collaborating with engineering and product leadership team. The successful leader will deliver a superior loyalty experience for our customers by improving outcomes, broadening access to systems, and lowering operational costs. This leader will play a critical role in continuing the momentum and accelerating the transformation of our most critical platform, while delivering tangible value to our business stakeholders and customers on an ongoing basis.
