We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fraud Detection/Surveillance Manager to join our Mandate Monitoring/Portfolio Surveillance team. This role is located in London, UK.



In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:


Semi-technical development, testing, documentation and promotion of investment guidelines within Aladdin Monitor daily pre- and post-trade compliance alerts, investigate potential breaches and escalate issues in a timely manner Assist in fulfillment of internal and external audit requests Help drive continuous improvements through evaluation of team workflows to identify potential process improvements Participate and contribute to longer term group project and initiatives
Mentor, train and coach junior compliance staff to help build bench strength and foster a culture of learning and accountability

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:


4-7 years of institutional portfolio compliance or related experience at a large-scale financial institution Familiarity with portfolio management systems and compliance workflows Demonstrated knowledge of a broad range of security types and trading conventions Ability to effectively facilitate timely communications with investment personnel and senior leaders Exceptional attention to detail and analytic skills
