Background
BPG is looking for a motivated, organized individual to help expand th e BPG I nvestor R elations presence in London. R esponsibilities cover all European real estate including own ership, coordination and execution of quarterly deliverables and ongoing investor relations activities in Europe , and collaborat ion with the broader team , based in London and New York, on ad hoc projects and requests . This role will report to the European head of IR and FP&A.
Key responsibilities:
Own the coordination and preparation of investor reports, presentations and communications including:
+ Quarterly fund investor reports
+ Quarterly call presentations
+ Quarterly case studies
+ Annual meeting presentations
+ Investor meeting materials
+ Fund/transaction updates
+ Investment summaries Ad hoc reports, presentations and communications
Support fundraising initiatives across the real estate platform including preparation of marketing materials (fund launch, pitchbook, PPM, ad hoc presentations, etc.) and responding to investor quantitative and qualitative inquiries
Ongoing support of existing and prospective investors, monitoring and responding promptly to questions and requests
Manage and support development of junior team members
Represent IR in the region and serve as go-to IR contact for all Europe-specific products and investments
Qualifications:
6-8 years' experience
Preference for working knowledge of real estate fundamentals
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creative prowess to translate complicated financial data into a simple story / message
Superior organization skills with great attention to detail
Willingness and capability to take ownership of products/deliverables
Comfort working independently
Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
