Job Description
Vast experience in strategy, product commercialization, or product management within financial services, fintech, or digital assets. Deep understanding of digital assets and markets (tokenization, digital cash, and crypto). Strong grounding in traditional financial products and infrastructure, in areas such as securities services, payments, collateral management, investment, or wealth management. Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies, including opportunity sizing, client segmentation, and commercial positioning. Knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets (MiCA, DLT Pilot, FCA guidance, and other local regional regimes). Excellent communication and presentation point skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences. Strong collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in additional European Language is a plus.
